Our embed policy
Abeg TV does not host video files. Every video on the channel is embedded directly from YouTube via the official youtube.com/embed player, displayed within our editorial frame. The original YouTube channel always remains the source of record and receives all views, ad revenue, and engagement attribution.
We embed videos only from rights holders' own official channels (verified artists, labels, production companies, networks, and licensed press outlets) or videos that are otherwise publicly embeddable on YouTube.
If you're the rights holder
If a video appears on Abeg TV that you believe infringes your copyright, you have two simple options:
- Disable embedding on YouTube. Once you toggle off embedding for the video in YouTube Studio, our player stops working immediately — automatically, no email needed.
- Send us a takedown notice and we'll remove the video from the channel within 48 hours.
How to file a takedown
Email legal@abeg.tv with the following:
- Your full legal name and contact email
- The URL on Abeg TV that contains the video (e.g.
abeg.tv/watch/12) - The original YouTube URL
- A statement of the rights you hold (artist, label, manager, attorney, etc.)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
- An electronic or physical signature
We respond to all valid notices within 48 hours. Repeat or fraudulent notices may be reported to authorities.
Counter-notice
If you believe a video was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address within 30 days. Include the same identifying information plus a good-faith statement of mistaken removal.
